Here are my findings. Since I take pics near windows hoping to find something in the reflection, I have muilt. angles of the window in question. Pic 1 - Outside As you can see, there is nothing on the outside that could make that image in the window, plus showing that the house sits up high, so unlikely that it could of been someone standing there.
